Can I place an order here?
Yes. You can place an order directly on cotsoco.us. Add an available product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping availability, costs and applicable options are shown based on your destination during checkout.
What changes when I choose NA or EU?
Choosing NA or EU helps you browse the store in the context of your selected region. Product availability, delivery options and other market-specific information may vary by region. Some store settings, including currency, may remain unchanged depending on your location and checkout settings.
Where can I check shipping and returns?
Shipping: Free shipping is available to the USA, France, Germany, Italy and Spain, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 working days. For other countries, international shipping starts from $15 and usually takes 1–2 weeks. Orders may be shipped by USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx or other carriers. Tracking information will be updated after your order has shipped.
Returns & exchanges: Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact COTSOCO customer service before returning an item. Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

How should I clean, charge and store my product?
Cleaning: Turn the product off before cleaning. Wipe the main unit with a soft, slightly damp cloth and keep charging ports dry. If your model has removable washable parts, clean them separately according to the product guide. Do not immerse the main unit in water unless your specific model is rated for wet use.
Charging: Use the charging cable supplied with your product or the charging method specified in the product guide. Fully charge the product before first use when recommended, and do not operate the device while it is charging unless the instructions specifically allow it.
Storage: Keep the product clean and dry, and store it in its case or in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Follow your model’s guide for any product-specific care instructions.
What details help with a support request?
To help us assist you more quickly, please include your order number, the product name or model, and a clear description of the issue. If the problem is visual or intermittent, photos or a short video can also be helpful. Please also let us know what troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
How do I know a tool is appropriate for me?
Choose a tool based on the body area you want to target, the massage format, intensity and the instructions for your specific model. Start with the lowest comfortable setting and follow the product guide.
Some models have specific restrictions. For example, certain neck massagers are not recommended for children under 12 or for people who have had neck surgery with pins or metal implants. Deep-tissue massage may also feel too intense for some users. If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, review the model guide or contact COTSOCO support before use.
